Artificial graphite electrode is made of high-quality low ash materials, like the petroleum coke, needle coke and coal pitch. After experiencing calcinations, burdening, kneading, forming, baking and pressure impregnation, it is graphitized in a high temperature of over 3000C, and then treated with machining. This kind of product is widely used for electric arc steel-making, yellow phosphorus, industrial silicon, other alloys and non-metallic materials of electric are furnace and hot stove. This product is characterized by low resistivity, good electrical conductivity, low ash, ecen and compact structure, good anti oxidation and high mechanical strength. Advantages in quality of Chengxin electrode: The electrode fits well to nipplethe joint; High-strength nipplejoint and low thermal expansion; Excellent thermal shock resistance; Homogenization production, and good stability and proportionality.
